This report is one of a series drawing on a major �����Թ� project on 'Addressing spatial concentrations of social disadvantage'. The project aims to develop an improved understanding of the spatial impacts of policies related to housing, both in terms of how they act to accentuate and encourage market-led dynamics, but also where they seek to mitigate the negative effects of market operation.
